Non-recurring Beneficiaries
In addition to recurring beneficiaries the council also seeks to provide monetary assistance wherever it can based on either the use of excess funds or rotating slots for recurring fundraisers like the Pancake Breakfast & Burrito Sales. Occasionally additional donations may be solicited, too. The council is also interested in providing non-monetary assistance by soliciting volunteers' time and talents.

- Rocky Mountain Dawgs Project (from Pancake Breakfast and Burrito Sales)
- St Joseph's Church in Nigeria (from excess funds and additional donations)
- Road to Purity (from excess funds)
- Shrine of the Stations of the Cross (from Pancake Breakfast and Burrito Sales)
- Sacred Heart House Playground (from Pancake Breakfast and Burrito Sales)
- Westminster Library shower for the homeless (Pancake Breakfast and Burrito Sales)
- Carrons Coffee House in Parker, CO (donation from Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities)
- Priests for Life (from excess funds)
- Special Olympics of Colorado (excess funds)
- St Rafka Church (excess funds)
- Sts Peter & Paul School for their East Campus Development project transforming their aged and deterioating parking lot playground into a safe recreational facility for the students. (Pancake Breakfast and Burrito Sales)
